Oregon legalized psilocybin therapy in 2020 and more cities across the country — including Chicago, Philadelphia, Berkeley, and Nashville — are moving towards legalization as scientific research shows the effectiveness psychedelic therapies have in treating mental health. In addition, top-tier medical schools are doing a profound amount of clinical trials demonstrating the safety and efficacy of psychedelic therapies for a variety of mental health conditions.
