• Harasses, stalks, or bullies individuals or groups

• Contains doxxing or non-consensual sharing of personal information

2.3 Sexual Content Restrictions

• Contains non-consensual sexual content

• Exploits minors in any way

• Violates applicable platform or distribution partner policies

Adult content may be permitted where lawful and properly labeled, but must comply with distribution partner requirements.

2.4 Misleading or Deceptive Content

• Impersonates a person, brand, or organization

• Contains fraudulent claims, scams, or deceptive marketing

• Misrepresents sponsorships, endorsements, or affiliations

3. Platform Abuse Prohibited

You may not:

3.1 Circumvent Security

• Attempt to bypass authentication or access controls

• Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without authorization

• Reverse engineer or interfere with Platform services

3.2 Interfere with Service Integrity

• Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful scripts

• Use bots or automation to overload or disrupt the Platform

• Interfere with analytics, metrics, or reporting systems

3.3 Unauthorized Data Access

• Access data belonging to other users without permission

• Scrape or harvest user data for unauthorized purposes

4. Content Rights and Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to upload and distribute all content you publish.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights

• Violates contractual obligations or confidentiality agreements

• Uses music or media without proper licensing

We may remove or disable access to content upon receiving valid infringement claims.

5. Communications and Marketing Use

If you use the Platform to communicate with audiences (including email, SMS, voice, or AI-based outreach), you must:

• Obtain required consent before sending marketing communications

• Comply with applicable laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR where applicable)

• Provide opt-out mechanisms where required

• Avoid deceptive subject lines or caller identification

You may not use the Platform for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or robocalling without proper authorization.

6. AI and Automated Systems Use

The Platform may include AI-powered tools for content generation, transcription, voice interaction, or communications.

You may not use AI features to:

• Impersonate individuals without disclosure

• Generate deceptive or fraudulent content

• Conduct unlawful surveillance or harassment

Where AI is used for outreach or responses, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards.

7. Distribution Partner Compliance

Content distributed via third-party platforms (e.g., podcast directories, video platforms) must comply with those platforms’ policies.

We reserve the right to restrict distribution if content violates partner requirements or creates legal risk.

8. Enforcement and Remedies

We may investigate violations of this AUP and take appropriate action, including:

• Removing or restricting content

• Suspending or terminating accounts

• Limiting distribution capabilities

• Reporting illegal activity to authorities

We may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Platform, or the public.
