Trailblazers in Cannabis Law with Joshua Horn and Bill Bogot. Today’s guests on Hempresent are attorneys Joshua Horn and Bill Bogot of the Cannabis Law practice at FOX-Rothschild. Josh Horn is the co-chair of the firm’s Cannabis Law practice and has an extensive background in several areas of legal cannabis business law. He is a highly sought-after authority on complex cannabis law issues. Josh represents major financial services companies in matters throughout the country. He also represents financial advisory companies, individual advisors, and counselors in FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) examinations enforcement and arbitrations. Bill Bogot represents clients in highly regulated industries, particularly gaming and cannabis. He has worked for all three branches of the Illinois government: the executive, legislative and judiciary. However, Bill represents clients nationwide, both in regulatory matters and civil litigation.
