Welcome to the show, Tina. Thank you so much. I'm so glad to be here with you, Richard. Yeah, it's wonderful to have you on and, you know, to take a look at, you know, challenges people face and looking for paths to healing from many different perspectives.
And, you know, your book and your topics are— they're extensive, but they tend to help people look at Um, how do you address sexual shame in some years? Because religion and culture tends to shame people for sexual experiences, which really is something everybody should encourage and embrace because it's our— it's a moment where we are ourselves and should be ourselves. Mm-hmm. How does the shame form that actually gets us into this?
