Today on High On Healthy our host Audrey Kerger is joined by Kenneth Smith. Kenneth graduated from Harvard Business School in 1988. As a serial entrepreneur, he has built several companies through the years. At the time of the 2008 financial meltdown Kenneth was very active in the real estate market in Las Vegas Nevada, the epicenter of the largest transfer of wealth in human history. He witnessed first hand our capitalistic system at its worst. Taking some time off to regroup, Kenneth spent several years studying different management models and looking at alternatives to the typical U.S. profit-at-all-cost driven business philosophy. Kenneth was looking for an industry and/or product that would make a difference and that he could put his energy and drive behind. He found it in the natural fiber/hemp industry and the growing consumer awareness of planet sustainability.
