But, thousands of other non-hallucinogenic mushrooms such as Reishi, Cordyceps, Lion’s Mane, and Chaga have been in existence for over 4,000 years and are used as medicines especially in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Our guest today, Jeff Chilton, has been working with these fungi before it became the “New Woke.” Jeff is an ethno-mycologist that has been working with Shrooms since the late 60s. He’s traveled all over the world, including Asia, teaching and learning the best techniques to grow and extract high-quality organic mushrooms.
