Ceres Acquisition Corp With Joe Crouthers

Ceres Acquisition Corp is a Special Purchase Acquisition Company (SPAC) that recently completed a $120,000,000 Initial Public Offering in the Canadian markets. Ceres will focus on completing a qualifying transaction in the Cannabis industry. Joe is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ceres Group Holdings (CGH). He is a cannabis industry investor, entrepreneur, and a former portfolio manager and advisor. After graduating from Vanderbilt University with a Bachelor of Science, Joe engaged in commodities arbitrage before working at Goldman Sachs for over ten years as a portfolio manager and advisor. He later founded Green Linc, Inc and served as the Chief Executive Officer of Ceres Venture Partners. Since its founding in late 2016, CGH has completed cannabis brand, ancillary, and international transactions. Joe currently sits on the board of directors of Fotmer Corporation S.A. dba Fotmer Life Sciences Uruguay, an Uruguayan licensed cannabis producer and exporter of medical-grade cannabis to legal markets around the world. Prior to founding CGH, Joe started a cannabis distribution and transportation company located in Northern California, brokering sales of input materials to cannabis product manufacturers. Joe has also successfully completed Level I and Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst Program from the CFA Institute.
