Brad Japhe is a freelance journalist specializing in food, beverage, and travel. He is the Beer and Spirits Columnist for the Village Voice in New York City, is a regular contributor to Los Angeles and San Francisco-based periodicals, serves as a beer consultant for notable restaurants on both coasts, and hosts a monthly craft drinks/gourmet food educational pairing series. He has interviewed a diverse array of talent, ranging from NFL quarterback Eli Manning to Brooklyn Brewmaster Garrett Oliver.
